If there was a time for a new tablet, that time would be now.
Let me start of by saying that I am an Apple guy. To put this in perspective, I almost cried when Apple announced that they would no longer attend Macworld Expo. I had never been – it was on my bucket list. I had horrible arguments with my engineering friends in college about why the Mac was better and easier to use in the 1990s. I played Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego in the library at my high school, before the 8am bell, on a Mac II. When I started my graphic design classes at UAB, my mom bought me an 8500. You get the picture. I could go on about how I suffered through the Gil Amelio days, but I won't. I say all of this so that my Mac friends won't come looking for me with axes and tridents after I say this: I'm excited about Microsoft Surface. More on this later...
